Avenel Brand Identity
The Challenge
The Avenel estate covers eight acres of secluded gardens and mature woodland in the conservation village of Kilmacolm. Five new homes are planned for construction on the estate, each positioned sensitively to preserve the distinctive character and charm of its superbly planned grounds.
The emphasis on the natural environment and the woodland legacy of Avenel was of paramount importance. The identity for this high calibre residential development needed to communicate quality and integrity.
The Solution
The opening line of the main marketing brochure says “Avenel is for those who delight in trees, nature and a real sense of space”. We created a brand with this in mind and supported it with the strap lines, Space to Grow, Space to Breathe, Space to Roam, Space to Feel Free.
The Results
The identity communicates exactly what it says in the brochure.
