Strathclyde University – EthCo Project NEW
We are delighted, as the main sponsor to be working with the Strathclyde University in conjunction with Scottish Schools to help launch the ‘EthCo: Your Future’ project – highlighting an ethical Scotland in the global economy. The aim of the topic was to integrate enterprise and international development education.
The challenge was to design a logo for EthCo that could then be used throughout all material related to the project. A competition was launched in which all Scottish schools could participate. Julian Westaby, director with Dunning Design sat on the judging panel and is pictured here with the winner; Hannah McGonigle, Killermont Primary, East Dunbartonshire – congratulations Hannah!
Prior to the competition we published a help guide for teachers and pupils on 'how to design a logo' and have also helped the winning school to develop the EthCo logo through taking a lesson at the school.

NHS Quality Improvement Scotland – The International Forum on Quality and Safety in Health Care, Berlin Conference
We have just completed the design of a third conference exhibition stand for NHS QIS, which was held in Berlin at the end of March. The branding for the stand, which has been hailed a success by NHS QIS was also used across posters, advertising and brochures related to the 3-day event. Link to case study

Whitehouse Apartments, Glasgow – Brochure
The new brochure was designed to promote the apartments to intermediates as well as the end user i.e. estate agents, solicitors and business travel agents. We also undertook the photography and copy writing for the project. Link to case study

Dunning Designs new Avenel Website
Dunning Design has created and built the new Avenel Homes website. The website contains a flah interface, an image gallery, and extensive plot information. The Avenel estate covers eight acres of secluded gardens and mature woodland in the conservation village of Kilmacolm. Six new homes are now being construction on the estate, each positioned sensitively to preserve the distinctive character and charm of its superbly planned grounds.
Dunning approached the project with an emphasis on the natural environment and the woodland legacy of the Avenel estate. The identity for this high calibre residential development communicates quality and integrity.
